What's for Dinner, Fri., Dec. 2, 2016

We’re going to an Irish pub in a town just south of us. We go there a lot. The place is pretty new, and is quite beautifully decorated, but best of all, they have excellent food. For sure I’m having chicken wings. I’m thinking sea bass for the entree, but that could change when I hear the specials.

Reheated: Potatoes with peppers & onions, mixed sauteed greens, green beans, tomato salad.

Eat a wing for me! We rarely eat out as there are few choices in this backwater. The local curry place closed and relocated to Atlanta (40 miles south-- of us) The pickings are very slim in this neck of the woods, but we occasionally get a good meal when we go to Chattanooga, Knoxville, or Asheville. Mostly, we just eat at home.
