What's for Dinner, Sat., Dec. 10, 2016

We’re going to our favorite Irish pub in the town south of where we live. I know for sure I’m having chicken wings and a burger. We’re going to try that apple strudel again that we had the other night. It was incredibly good, but you know how it goes–we’ll never be able to duplicate that experience. Sigh.

Shouldn’t even try and just let it be a wonderful memory.

Sides are not yet decided. I do have potatoes, acorn squash and cabbage available.

I've made the slaw, it's marinating. I'm baking both a sweet and a white potato. A brown and serve batard is ready to pop in the oven for the last few minutes, so hot bread too.

Still a long ways to go on the ribs, but I don't expect TJ home for an hour or two.

with pork and shrimp. The veggies are peas and carrots, Napa cabbage, sweet onions, green onions.

Call it a "one-wok meal".
