(10,459 posts)beans, a huge green salad. For dessert, we had lime pie. I finished cleaning up the kitchen and then took a nap.

(1,853 posts)the New York Times recipe, with couscous and a salad of cucumber, tomato and cilantro. My son wanted cake and fruit, so we have some thawed strawberries, and since I suck at homemade cakes, I tried a couple of cake mix hacks - butter instead of oil, milk instead of water, and some lemon rind. So we'll see how the cake turns out, the shawarma recipe I've done before and it's good.
