It takes time for all the ingredients to get acquainted with each other. A decent chili takes at least a day to approach its peak.

It is a muffuletta.

I made it yesterday for a Mardi Gras party and it was good but
the extra one I made is 100% today.

here in rural N. Georgia. I did find a bottled muffaletta olive salad mix at one of our local Tuesday Morning stores. That, plus Italian bread and some good deli meats and cheeses make a decent and tasty sandwich.

Is that an actual picture of your sandwich? If so, it is a work of art. I didn't see that picture in either of your links and was just curious.

You can find everything you need to make a muffaletta in just about
any grociery store but the bread you might have to make.

Bakery at Kroger. It is crusty and chewy. They also carry telera rolls and small loaves.

Hearty, garlicky, meaty red spaghetti sauce. Always better on subsequent days as flavors fully marry.

You have to be careful if you're going to reheat Szechuan/Hunan stir fries, hot stuff tends to bloom the second day and people who aren't used to it will be in tears.
