2. My wife grew up in rural Wisconsin in the 1950s.

She is very familiar with various varieties of hot dish. Sometimes, I will make her a hamburger hotdish as comfort food.

3. I lived in Minneapolis

in 1982 and '83. While I REALLY loved living there, and was unhappy to move away, I never quite got over the local Italian restaurant, whose name is thankfully gone from my memory, that was very popular and famous for no garlic.
