I'm supposed to go to a meeting tonight where they are serving food, so that might be dinner. It's a lecture on interpersonal communication with Russians. I know the sponsor told me the first course was borscht and then there are some other items, which I can't recall.
If I decide not to go, though, I think I'll grill some asparagus and also eggplant. I want to put coriander-walnut pesto on the grilled eggplant.
