What's for Dinner, Sun., Apr. 23, 2017

Meatloaf sandwich, roasted potatoes, and tossed greens with cucumber. For dessert, Dean & DeLuca chocolate cake with Oreo cookie frosting.

Are 12 year old and dad me put it all together, getting ready to put lasagna in oven. I pulled kitchen assistant are son was in charge he is taking home economics this semester of school we had fun.

Red potatoes with peppers, onions, garlic. Roasted homegrown asparagus. Lima beans cooked with ham. Green salad tossed with cherry tomatoes, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. Aunt Ida's Brownies for dessert.
