I'm using www.foodandwine.com recipe, but no lima beans or wine in the pot.
Toasted buttered baguette, cold tea.

Got it from one of Giada's shows and it's been a hit.

Mix some ground pork with 4 minced garlic and half of a finely chopped onion. Add some dried oregano, salt and pepper, and form into mini meatballs. Sear the meatballs in a large saucepan and remove them to a separate bowl. In same pan, sauté the remaining onion, more garlic, and one red pepper. When they're slightly translucent, add in about a pound (?.....I bought several packages, so not sure about the serving size) of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add in about a cup of chicken broth, about 4 tbls of butter, a handful of freshly chopped basil, and place the meatballs back in the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Finally, add in cooked pasta of your choice (I used rigatoni) and serve with freshly shaved parmesan. Voila!
