What's for Dinner, Sun., May 7, 2017

Pork roast, but I'll have to post details later. The RG is cooking it. I'm late to the community garden session I'm leading, from which I may bring home some fresh coriander and interesting salad greens.

Anyway, we are having a guest tonight, so it will be an interesting meal, I'm sure.

Love that idea. May have to try it soon.

I have an elderly aunt in assisted living and when I visit her, it surprises me how good the meals are.

found a couple of lonely chops in the freezer, so stir fry came to mind. With lots of veggies, it's a one-pot meal, which is nice on a lazy Sunday.

A packaged egg salad sandwich
A bag of Gordetto's garlic-rye chips
A canned Coke.
......................................delicious!

I worked a wedding ceremony yesterday afternoon, didn't sleep well last night, and then fell asleep this afternoon. I woke up as TJ was getting ready to go to work.

I'm feeling lazy, so it will be leftovers or perhaps an omelette. But first a mug of tea!

Edit - Clue arrived

Leftover navy beans with extra ham, grated cheddar and a toasted roll.
