What's for Dinner, Thurs., May 11, 2017

We're going to the Portuguese restaurant tonight, and I already know I want fish francese. It will come with salad, rice, whipped potatoes, and mixed vegetables.

They have tres leches cake; maybe we can share one.

Sangria will be a temptation, but I think I'll pass since I have an early work assignment tomorrow.

But this is my cucumber salad which only consists of cucumber, tomato & onion doused with good seasons Italian dressing.

Asparagus risotto

Tryna be vegetarian, but junior is returning from college this weekend, so I've bought some bacon for brekkie.

Also, will make scratch-pizza for mothers day.
Junior will eat sausage pizza with onion and maybe black olive, Mrs. Snark will be into the margherita pizza.
