Dessert will be some fruit, like grapes and chopped pear with tapioca pudding and a little chopped grapefruit mint on top.

Time to start chopping up all the toppings for the DIY taco bar. The Mister will concoct a pitcher of his special mojitos. I'm going to use one pressure cooker to cook the spicy meat/bean taco mixture and another one for Mexican Flans with Caramel Sauce made in old tea cups. We should be happily stuffed tonight!
