A big fresh, green salad made with red and green lettuce from my garden. Will put in sliced cucumber, tomato, a whole avocado, and red onion, sliced thin on the mandolin.
A pork eggroll and peanut noodles topped with coriander, peanuts, and chopped cucumber. The noodles are leftovers, but the eggrolls were so good I mixed up another batch.
If it's too wet out to garden (it's been raining all day here), I may make a chicken pot pie. That would save me time tomorrow and Saturday so I can do more gardening.

(32,916 posts)Angel hair pasta mushrooms, chunk tomatoes, ground sirlion, lots of garlic & onions, lot of Italian cheeses. Garlic cheese bread & cold decaf tea. Carb coma approaching.

(2,016 posts)Geez, I hate that. Been (finally) restoring my old desktop 'puter. Looks like all things are (mostly) back to normal after 10 hrs of work.
Oh well, it's either fridge foraging tonight, or some sort of takeout.

I might just make a burger and start the sauce to be finished tomorrow.
