We went to the Thai restaurant my girlfriend took me to for dinner last week. Will post more later; about to fall asleep right now.

I found it bland. Then I realized I'd made fried potatoes& onions with a hot dog, adding vinegar &tomato = catsup. Sliced yellow & green tomatoes. Cold tea.

topped with romesco sauce. Sides of grilled corn on the cob and heirloom tomato fresh mozzarella salad.

In an onion demi glace, asparagus with butter as well as roasted cherry tomatoes. Going to have French onion soup to start. Making everything from scratch.

I was reading that raw beets are good for digestion so I chopped and ate one raw and cooked the rest, served with butter.
