How sweet of you, irisblue, and everyone else, too, for expressing your thoughts on the daily "what's for dinner" thread.
I am happy to hear you find my post of interest. It's interesting and enjoyable to read what everyone else is having for dinner. Yes, we have some very creative people on the C & B forum. If I were to browse through my recipe files, I'd find many ideas and recipes I've copied and pasted under the poster's name.
