Saw all the sheep ready to be ritually slaughtered. Had lunch at the home of a butcher. The carcass was in the back yard.
Lamb is the way to go!
Very tasty.

...in a dutch oven with potatoes, carrots, turnips, apricots, quince if you can find it. put lamb in first get a glaze on it. Later put the other things in. Add some saffron....

So, this is one amazing chicken biryani recipe that will not take too long to prepare. For special occasions like Eid, my favorite main course
dish is biryani accompanied with raita or salad. You can always prepare samosas, kebabs and other side snacks as well. Try to find a good chicken biryani readymade masala powder (I recommend Shaan Masala) it adds restaurant style flavor to your biryani. I personally add this masala to pulao dishes as well.
