1. I actually prefer just the veggies.

Sliced and layered and roasted, lightly spiced, drizzled with olive oil. It is fabulously easy and delicious and best when the veggies are whatever is locally available.

2. Ditto. This is how I make potatoes, often JUST potato,

so may expand my recipe with these vegs.
