What's for Dinner, Mon., Sept. 11, 2017

BBQ pork sandwich.

Caprese salad. Plan on using some balsamic pearls the RG brought me from a food show.

Breaded zucchini rounds with horseradish sauce.

I dug up a horseradish patch this afternoon, so I'm using fresh, grated horseradish in my sauce!

Dessert: spicy orange tea and a Walker shortbread cookie

Leftover veggie fried rice, leftover wings from yesterday's party, and the only thing not leftover is one last Cara Cara orange. (I think I ignored that 1/2 cucumber for too long, though.)
