Basic veggies on the sheet pan; onions, carrots, small potatoes, celery. I tried dry poaching the chicken, so the skin crisps up as the whole thing roasts, first time I'm trying this.

So, it's frozen pizza night. I've got plenty of extra veggies and pepperoni to add on top, though. I'll load up on the fresh garlic, too. I'll try (defrosting) again tomorrow.

ps: It took me a minute to understand what "WF" was, but both "on sale!" and "more moderate prices" made me realize it was Whole (Paycheck).

he will have four on site interviews this week so fingers crossed. it is about two hours from where we live in Cortland. The interview was 1-4. So I was starved when he got out...I had looked at the neighboring towns with a realtor and skipped lunch. We ate at Mrs. Yoders buffet. I have celiac but I still found mashed potatoes (delicious), beef au jus and the best home grown and home canned (beets) salad bar I have ever eaten at. It was delicious.
