What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 15, 2017

A favorite Mollie Katzen recipe, Cauliflower-Cheese Pie. It has onion, thyme, basil, and a couple eggs. It's a little like a quiche.

Tossed green salad with mustard spinach, butter crunch lettuce, and tomatoes, peppers, and scallions. All of the previous are from my garden.

For dessert, half a fresh peach with agave and chopped mint sprinkled over it. Also toasted walnuts.

and something to do with chicken. I haven't decided yet, but it's still early.

Maybe a Cara Cara orange for dessert.

The usual fixings including just picked tomatoes and choice of hard or soft shell.

A couple of fingers of Jameson on ice before and after because it was a rough day. The living room floor is being replaced. Mess and noise from 6:30 am until 7 pm. The one day job is turning into two perhaps three long days and I'm out of whiskey.
