One of my favorite dishes and so easy. I do not like it too spicy and would probably add a little (expensive but beautiful) saffron.

My Pakistani friend shared it with me, suggesting he might make it. He likes more spicy than I do, and as taking a trip soon, may try to save a few $$$ on saffron, but we shall see.
