What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 20, 2017

Swordfish steak. Side dish is root vegetables. The root vegetables are julienned and sauteed in sesame oil. There is celeriac, rutabaga, turnip, beet, and a few others that I can't remember.

Dessert is almond cake and orange spice tea.

Teriyaki Pork Chops with Rice and a Tomato Salad.

I didn't do anything out of the normal, but dang was that good. Been doing eggs in extra virgin lately. Eggs are the one thing where I feel my body needs every once in awhile.

Peace
