What's for Dinner, Thur., Sept. 28, 2017

Posting a bit early today, as I am teaching late.

Breaded, thinly sliced veal. It has sliced lemon over it. Carrot and celeriac "mashed potatoes."

Cold Earl Grey tea to drink and toffee from TJs for dessert.

This chicken which came out amazing (the kids were meh about it). I'm normally skeptical about these recipes I see pop up on places like FB but my sister tried it and said it was good so I decided to give it a go. The rice cooks perfectly.
