I’m so glad everyone in the community came together. Those students and Chef Mike are shining examples of what a culinary program should be.

Amazing Top rated instruction, internships with top chefs in the country...and how to be true leaders in a community.. farm to table...and just like Jose's Andreas...feed disaster ridden countries if needed!

That would be Chef Caleb from our YouTube videos. He did the two year course at NECI, and really loved the school and the atmosphere there. I went and visited him there once, and they were very welcoming to family of the students, for sure!

Also, I think it's where Alton Brown went to cooking school.
