A big salad, for which I went to the greenmarket and got all the veggies yesterday: four kinds of greens, yellow, gold, and red peppers, carrots, cucumbers, asparagus, mushrooms...
We have a fabulous grilled chicken place and I might stop to pick up one piece to add to the salad on my way home from work tonight.

Riff off Monday's dinner, but I prefer to feel more healthy and frugal than lazy. My husband seemed to think this was the best thing he'd had all week.
Minestrone's sounding good. Temperature plummets today.
