No way I could wait that long, jambalaya is not meant to sit overnight, not in my house, not with those ingredients and that smell wafting through the house.
You can always sample right???

But I inhale it just as fast when fresh, and I mean inhale, I was put on this earth to make sure no spaghetti ever went to waste, same for jambalaya, stroganoff, etc.
