What's for Dinner Sat., Mar. 17, 2018

Pizza: provolone, scallions, BBQ chicken.

I know it's St. Patrick's Day, but I leave the corned beef and cabbage to the RG and he's away on a trip.

I will probably make a tomato/mozzarella/basil salad to go with it.

Mexican food, of course!

I already did the corned beef last week, and I'm in the mood for tacos tonight at the local taqueria. However, I will indeed raise a pint for the day's occasion when I get home!

used to make delicious Reuben sandwiches. A simple Romaine salad to go with. Beer for my husband and a Strongbow cider for me.
