What's for Dinner, Fri., April 27, 2018

It's a late-afternoon pickup at the airport, so I think it will be our favorite Portuguese restaurant in the Ironbound, which is known for its seafood. Something light for me, probably shrimp or lobster. Maybe just garlic shrimp with yellow rice.

Later on, when we get home, I hope the RG will be up for a piece of the cheesecake I made a couple days ago. That and a Midsomer Murders should start off our weekend!

2. Baked Asian style sauced tofu & veggies

Over the cauli rice I made earlier today. I'm frying the 'rice' in a bit of sesame oil.
Cold decafe tea.
Movie to be decided later tonight.

3. work had roast beef ... a friend gave me the burnt ends

so might make a Sheppards pie or something
or maybe chili ... a side of roasted cauliflower with garlic
and parm ....
I love cauliflower rice ... ^^^^

Smashed white potatoes
Lima beans

I don't mind these leftovers at all!

Tea and cookies later on. I'm tempted to have some of the KK blueberry crullers TJ brought home.
