What's for Dinner, Mon., May 14, 2018

I'm asking the RG to make vegetable soup and cornbread with scallions, cheddar, and jalapeno in it but I don't know if that's what I'm going to get. I want him to use some of my fresh herbs from the garden.

I'm trying Sweet Earth Veggie Burger, Teriyaki flavor ( I have no involvement in the company or bennies from them.) Sliced tomatoes & onion on top, green salad, cold decaf tea.

The packaging is cardboard box, them a plastic innerwrap with a piece of paper between the patties. Seems like a lot of packaging. The Teriyaki flavor isn't strong, it's mildly spicy, but it was falling apart as I ate it in a bun with onions & tomatoes
Back to BocaBurgers, unless someone has a better recommendation.

There are also a few on line recipes for a make your own veggie patties, I've marked for future meals.
