Pork chops, to which I added salt and pepper, browned, then put into the slow-cooker with barbecue sauce.
Cottage fries (from a bag from Whole Foods).
and tossed garden greens with tofu triangles in them. The tofu (also WF) was grilled and has orange glaze. Spicy chipotle-ranch dressing.
Also from the salad bar, spinach-orzo salad.
Dessert: tapioca pudding with blueberries, topped with toasted walnuts.

Salad and sourdough toast to go with.

(2,016 posts)Using leftover sauce and sausage. With green peppers, pepperoni, black olives, sweet onion, mushrooms, and anchovies. And a salad.
I was lazy and used a frozen cauliflower crust instead of making my own. It actually wasnt bad.
