What's for Dinner, Wed., May 30, 2018

Pork chops, to which I added salt and pepper, browned, then put into the slow-cooker with barbecue sauce.

Cottage fries (from a bag from Whole Foods).

and tossed garden greens with tofu triangles in them. The tofu (also WF) was grilled and has orange glaze. Spicy chipotle-ranch dressing.

Also from the salad bar, spinach-orzo salad.

Dessert: tapioca pudding with blueberries, topped with toasted walnuts.

We froze a pan of partially baked lasagna last week. It's going in the oven shortly.

Salad and sourdough toast to go with.

Using leftover sauce and sausage. With green peppers, pepperoni, black olives, sweet onion, mushrooms, and anchovies. And a salad.

I was lazy and used a frozen cauliflower crust instead of making my own. It actually wasn’t bad.
