I like to use chopped chicken thighs in my goulash.

Elbow macaroni and paprika also of course.

1. Good choice ...

Greatest in flavor and moisture when making a chicken dish.

2. Exactly. I brown them but let them finish cooking thru in the goulash.

4. I chop them before browning and also season before browning.

No on the stock but I do use diced tomatoes with green chilis. Plus green bell peppers

5. My goulash is left over chili with macaroni in it. Yum.

It's the way I use up the last of the big pot of chili.

6. Funny you'd say that. I just used up the last of my chili but I put it over

tortilla chips like a quick chilaquiles.

11. I love soup with my crackers also, but not so much with chili.

I prefer homemade croûtons in my soups. I make bothy soups.

12. Do you have a favorite recipe?

I have a number that I rotate thru but this last one was pinto beans, ground turkey (dark meat), green bell peppers and onions, garlic, chili powder, molasses, a little cayenne pepper. And I use San Marsano canned whole tomatoes that I chop up. Save the liquid and add as I need it.
