Boston Bibb lettuce with raisins, sliced almonds and cherry tomatoes. Balsamic and olive oil.

Fresh French bread with butter.

Angel hair pasta with homemade puttanesca sauce into which I add one or two anchovy filets.

Neopolitan ice cream for dessert.

Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for dessert later after the eldest comes home from rehearsal.
