I've just had coffee thus far, but I think it may be a day for oatmeal... with apples and brown sugar.

(1,115 posts)Steamed green vegetable that looks like bok choy.More potatoes.Grilled tomato. Fruit including star fruit. Gave in and got a part of a cherry danish. They have both Asian and western foods.

Today I mixed together one whole egg and one egg white and scrambled it. 3 big strawberries was my side dish. I eat a little more on days like today when I go to our community pool to swim laps.

I had a turkey sandwich with my coffee.
