What's for Dinner, Thurs., May 16, 2019

Chinese noodle salad with sesame dressing. Other ingredients in this salad are snap peas, cherry tomatoes, tofu, scallions, and water chestnuts.
Small piece of glazed Chilean sea bass. The glaze is saki, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, and a few other ingredients.

Dessert: 1 square dark chocolate with cherries in it.

Rolled in homemade Italian breadcrumbs and roasted at 375 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. And trussed.

Normally when I see a story like this, I cringe, but this story makes one feel better about the growing popularity of foods like this. Can't wait to try a Beyond product.

They are pricey 2 burgers, $6/ at my grocery. I haven't tried the Impossible Burger yet.

For me, they work quite well, the prepared size, tooth texture and mouth feel are good.
