Plain Greek yogurt for me (plus coffee). That is all. Been having stomach upset in the am lately.

2. Egg white omelette

With Parmesan cheese, spinach and chopped heirloom tomato. Tomato juice and coffee.

Cold here in Kansas. I may need a second cup today.

3. Cottage cheese with black pepper, toasted English muffin, watermelon, coffee

with cream. Cold here in Northern California, too.

4. found a turkey pot pie in the bottom of the freezer when I was straightening it out

so I just said the hell with it and ate it. pretty gross.

I had my “regular” at the halfway point: Egg McMuffin, coffee with cream. Not many choices in rural Kentucky 😕
