King salmon, which the RG is cooking with brown sugar glaze.
Grilled shishito peppers. Broccoli rabe with garlic and olive oil.
I made a cucumber salad. It has mint and crema Mexicana in it.
If you can imagine 3 penne rigata, standing up. They are stuffed with parmesan and egg salad, topped with fresh rosemary. Makes for an interesting plate presentation with the King salmon.
Dessert is pureed blueberries with raspberries and nectarines in it.

(20,969 posts)quick + easy. cauliflower + browned butter. leftover butter goes in my coffee. + i am gonna use the solids as the french are not using the best part.

(5,641 posts)Chorizo and egg filling - cheese melted over that with cilantro and salad greens from my garden. Also, chopped white onion and lime. Served on warmed corn tortillas. Also had a ear of white corn. Cut that off in the skillet, fried it a bit in butter and lime juice and had that on the tacos too. Super good!!
