What's for Dinner, Sun., May 26, 2019

Chopped salad with carrots I just pulled from the garden. Also bibb lettuce and baby arugula, tomatoes, scallions.

The RG picked up very lightly breaded chicken breasts from a specialty store on his way home from CT. He made two types of sauces to go with them.

For dessert we have these tiny little individual cheesecakes with salted caramel on the top.

Mixed veggie platter with homemade ranch-type dressing for an appetizer. (Instead of mayonnaise, we used yogurt).

Grilled tuna steaks and sea scallops served with yellow rice and marinated/grilled asparagus for the main course.

Pears marinated in brandy then lightly grilled for dessert.
