that I bought as an occasional treat since it's so pricey. I was trying to support a local company.

Probably an egg later of some kind.

Then out to the garden to put in 10 pepper plants. These are the red/yellow striped ones--really pretty.

After that I had a salmon-cream cheese roll up on an "ancient grains" low-carb wrap and some leftover cole slaw that was absolutely delicious with it.
