What's for Dinner, Sat., July 27, 2019

Last night we didn't feel like cooking, so we put off the salmon until today. The RG made marinade for it. It has ground almonds in it. It will be baked and topped with orange slices.
In addition, he's making thinly sliced potatoes which will be baked in the oven, too, in olive oil.

I made a layered salad: layer of lettuce, then layer of red onion, etc.
Looks really pretty in a big glass bowl.

For dessert we're having a slice of almond cake (from WF). Also some madeleines on the side.

'Sort of Italian Style-salad dressing, oregano, garlic, onions , green & black olives, sun dried tomatoes and a zuke cut in small pieces. Albacore tuna.
A lot of cold decafe tea, it's warm outside

cucumber/mint water. Wish I had some ice cream for dessert.
