Bacon , eggs, grilled tomato and toast later

1. Brunch later

Coffee with milk for now.

Later, we're having our neighbors over for brunch:

Mimosas
Poached eggs on smoked salmon with fresh dill
Steamed asparagus
English muffins
Fresh fruit
More mimosas

Then I have to mow the lawn.

2. We're southern, so

Sausage with gravy
Biscuits
Scrambled eggs
Home style potatoes
Sliced homegrown tomatoes

No cooking for the rest of the day

3. vegetable quiche

A slice with cubed potatoes cooked in olive oil and rosemary. Cherry tomatoes from my garden and for "dessert," a little raspberry sorbet.

A new-to-me flavor of kombucha: cosmic cranberry. It's my new "go-to" beverage.

4. Ummm, I am having a

pineapple morning (two small pieces and juice) along with a bagel and cottage cheese sprinkled with black pepper. Coffee, of course, with some pumpkin spice foam.

5. Sausage and cheese omelet.

Rye toast.
Decaf.
