What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 4, 2019

We're going to the home of some friends for dinner. The menu includes cioppino.

Last night's salmon was everything I hoped it would be. It had chopped almonds over the top and I think there was some sort of sweet sauce on it; probably brown sugar-based.

Instead of grilling my Brussels sprouts, as I had planned, the RG charred them in a cast iron skillet. They were served with roasted yellow pepper.

We also had a tossed green salad with the usual cucumbers, sliced red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

For dessert, we split a piece of almond cake from WF.

There was still some stuffed zucchini left over, so we had that w/ the buttered noodles and some sliced tomatoes.
