Rissoles

An old German lady friend told us about this.

Make your standard (cooked) cornbread (Pepperidge Farms?) poultry dressing/stuffing recipe with maybe a bit more liquid.
Form it into patties about the size of your palm.
Sautee on both sides until the surface is a bit crusty.
Yum.

two years ago where you use TORN UP odd shapes of sourdough bread +the flavors ... I imagine rissole made out of this would send you to heaven!
