On the wayback from the wedding....so wonderful a trip.

Scotty made over easy eggs on avocado toast. Coffee & cream, coffee brand was death wish brand, which I loved

Leftover skillet corn bread.

2. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit....

….two cups of coffee, 12 oz OJ, and a banana! Pretty much my standard.

3. Cheese and mushroom omelet

With whole grain cinnamon toast. Iced coffee with vanilla caramel creamer.

4. I don't usually have breakfast

But today I was feeling hungry and made steel-cut oats in my InstantPot. I had them with real cream and a bit of cinnamon.
