What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 8, 2019

The RG is making cacio e pepe with fresh pasta.

A tossed green salad would go well with this, but I'm thinking I'll make shredded red cabbage, apples, and cranberries as a slaw-type salad.

Dessert will be chopped fruit, mostly blackberries, topped with vanilla-rice pudding that I'll mix with chia seed. And of course one of my hot teas, either chamomile or ginger.

Al said he wanted another cheeseburger, so I made him that.

There was just a little ground beef left, so I cooked it up w/ some onions, bell pepper, cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper and made a quesadilla out of it w/ some cheddar.
