Fish sticks and French fries.

Al likes the fish sticks. I tolerate them. And yes I recognize we have some pretty heavy budget constraints, so I will try to be thankful for what I have.

Dad and Sis got:

grilled fresh kielbasa
sautéed sauerkraut and onions
baked beans
garden salad (butter lettuce, cherry tomato, celery, yellow bell pepper, onion, carrot, cucumber)

We have a bunch of left overs from the weekend. In the refrigerator, there's a boneless pork chop, green beans, peas, carrots, half a cucumber, some radishes, a tomato, lots of onions, the last of the Romaine lettuce and some bean sprouts.

Time for a single dish meal!

There are two brownies left, too!

chicken, hard boiled eggs, relish, avacado and celery, Corn bread. Pecan pie with ice cream.
