Kohlrabi slaw and chicken.
The recipe for the slaw was made up by the RG, who told me I should grate the kohlrabi, carrot, and red onion. Then add sliced cucumbers and make dressing from mayo, Japanese wasabi mayo, minced fresh marjoram, salt, and pepper. Is it ever good!
I'm not sure what he's doing with the chicken--it's in one of those big, heavy ironware (?) pans. We brined it, so it should be juicy. On edit: chicken paprikash.
Caramel apple for dessert.

Our supermarket in the Catskills often has catfish filets so we're egging them, coating with bread crumbs and pan frying them.
Mixed salad and wild rice for the sides.
Vanilla ice cream for dessert.
