What's for Dinner, Mon., Nov. 25, 2019

Salmon, salad, and butternut squash ravioli.

The salmon has a sauce made with brown sugar and macadamia nuts.

The butternut squash ravioli sauce is made with pumpkin, cream, butter, and parmigiano. Also a couple Thai chili peppers and crushed macadamia nuts.

Tossed salad with chopped, raw vegetables like carrot, zucchini, scallion, and cucumber, topped with a couple slices of heirloom tomatoes. The heirlooms are from my garden, and are turning red slowly. I still have about five of them. Black krim. The RG made vinaigrette dressing.

For dessert, hot white chocolate and hazelnut chocolate-filled cookies.

and corn bread

I helped my sis make a truck load of pumpkin whoopie pies this weekend. (She makes them for her co-workers every year.) So that's what's for dessert.

Dad and Sis got breaded, baked pork chops, sweet potatoes baked in a pouch w/ butter and onions, and peas.
