Irish Coffee.

Almost time for my first nap of the day.

2. No breakfast today

One cup of coffee then meetings and phone calls.

Big lunch plans, though. There's a big barbecue joint in Times Square called Virgil's and I'm meeting friends for drinks and a chow-down. I'll probably have a combination platter of ribs, chicken and shrimp along with a couple of their side dishes.

Then I'l probably go home for a nap!

3. I'm probably going to make a breakfast sandwich

egg, cheese, sausage and a spoon of salsa on toast made w/ the oatmeal bread

Yesterday the RG made some for lunch while I was away at work. It's incredibly delicious as a breakfast. I am having it with a cup of hot ginger tea sweetened with agave.
