What's for Dinner, Sat. Nov. 30, 2019

Vegetarian tonight:

First we will have a the beet-dill salad I wrote about a couple weeks ago. It has crema Mexicana, dill, and lime in the dressing. The beets are roasted.

The RG's homemade creamy pasta sauce over spaghetti. A small bowl of baby arugula to munch on with the pasta.

A mug of white chocolate and those crispy thin chocolate chips cookies for dessert.

It's pizza night here, homemade, with mushrooms, artichokes and pepperoni in various sectors. Only bag salad here though. Dessert is a couple more milk chocolate truffles from Aldi, yum ....

Turkey
mashed potatoes and gravy
stuffing
steamed broccoli and carrots
macaroni and cheese (not my idea)
brown and serve rolls
cranberry sauce

apple pie (w/ whipped cream)
pumpkin pie (w/ whipped cream)
banana bread

Right now I'm sipping on a cup of decaf green tea.

I had some sweet potatoes, but I ran out of both oven space and stove top space, so I'll cook those to have w/ some leftover turkey later in the week. (We had a VERY large turkey for just the 6 of us, so we'll be eating a lot of turkey over the next few days.)
