Pepperoni pizza with green pepper and onion.

Salad munchies leftover from last night's salad bar.

Dessert: hot apple cider, a few Cuties, and some Christmas nut mixture. Has Brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc.

There's some leftover pasta from last night. There's also a pizza in the freezer. A grilled ham & cheese sounds good too.

I'll forage when I get hungry.

I’m at the Miami airport heading home to NYC. The bar in Concourse J has a terrific menu.

Sushi grade tuna crusted with sesame seeds and seared black and blue while the salad has cherry tomatoes, Lima beans, chopped red onion, avocado, and lightly fried Japanese noodles on a bed of red leaf lettuce. It’s served with soy sauce and a light mango sauce.

It’s been a very successful trip so I felt I’d earned a treat!
