Eggplant, cubed, with garlic and herbs.
Dessert: small serving of hazelnut chip gelato.

Yellow rice and refried beans. Salsa, of course.
Fresh fruit for dessert.

(4,606 posts)and mac and cheese. Ive been at work all day and everyone has been ordering the fried shrimp for some reason. They looked so good I couldnt resist! And they were delicious.
For dessert: a tapioca pudding cup I brought from home. Yum.
